Welcome to ExcelWA, an initiative of Excel Skills Academy. By accessing or using our services, panel, or website (https://mailtoexcel.in ), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Definitions Service / Platform: ExcelWA’s WhatsApp API panel, tools, and related services. User / Customer / You: Any person or entity using the Service. We / Us / Provider: ExcelWA and Excel Skills Academy. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm you’re legally authorized to represent your business/organization. 3. Service Usage Access to WhatsApp API features (broadcasts, automation, templates, multi-user support, analytics). Use the Service only for lawful and ethical purposes. Prohibited: Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging Fraud, harassment, or illegal activity Any breach of WhatsApp Business Policy or Meta Commerce/Messaging Guidelines 4. Account & Security Keep login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. 5. Pricing & Payments Pricing shown on our site/portal; fees are payable in advance per plan. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may revise pricing with prior notice. 6. Data Privacy We process data per our Privacy Policy. Do not misuse, sell, or unlawfully share customer data collected via WhatsApp API. We do not share your business/customer data with unauthorized third parties. 7. Compliance with WhatsApp & Meta You must follow WhatsApp’s official Business & Messaging Policies. If Meta/WhatsApp suspends or blocks your WABA for violations, we’re not responsible. Repeated misuse may lead to suspension or termination. 8. Service Availability We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party issues (including Meta/WhatsApp) may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses due to interruptions beyond our control. 9. Intellectual Property The ExcelWA panel, branding, and technology are IP of Excel Skills Academy. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute software without written consent. 10. Limitation of Liability We’re not liable for: Damages, losses, or penalties from your misuse or policy violations Actions by Meta/WhatsApp affecting your account Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in your last billing cycle. 11. Termination We may suspend/terminate accounts for T&C violations. You may cancel anytime; no refunds for unused periods unless stated otherwise. 12. Amendments We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
